With the support and assistance of our friends at Golden Plains and Mendota School Districts, 15 deserving families were identified. These families were then “adopted” by a Fresno company or agency, whose employees purchased and wrapped items specifically from the family’s wish list. Gifts included toys, warm clothing, and essential household items. Each company and agency met our AMOR team at their “adopted “ family’s home and enjoyed meeting them in person as they delivered their gifts just in time for Christmas.

Participating companies that helped make this years’ event possible include Fresno County District Attorney’s Office, Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, Granville Homes, James G. Parker Insurance, Malakan Diamond Co., and Touchstone Pistachio Co.

The annual Adopt-A-Family campaign began in 2018, with five families. Thanks to our local partners, we tripled the number of deserving families that received a special AMOR Christmas this year!
