*Hamilton: The Raffle, has officially ended, thank you for your interest and thank you to all those who purchased a raffle ticket. With your ticket purchase, all proceeds will stay locally in the Central Valley and benefit health in rural west Fresno County. The three building complex will serve farm laborers, their families and others in the surrounding communities.

What is the latest date I can purchase a ticket? 

The last day to purchase a raffle ticket is Friday October 6, 2017 at 12 P.M.

Why should I buy a ticket?

The raffle will benefit AMOR’s local project located in Mendota, CA. The three building complex will serve farm laborers, their families and others in the surrounding rural communities of west Fresno County.

How will I know if I win?

You will be contacted by the number provided on Friday, October 6 and also via email.

Is my ticket tax-deductible?

No, your ticket is not tax-deductible, per California State law.

Can I purchase more than one ticket?

Absolutely!

Terms and Conditions:

[1] A ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to receive the designated prize, 4 tickets to see Hamilton at the Pantages Hollywood Theater on October 21, 2017: Row P seats 105-108. The winning ticket shall be selected by a drawing at random and all tickets have an equal opportunity to be drawn. Tickets, receipts and the winner’s rights are not transferable. The winner need not be present at the drawing. [2] Winner agrees to accept the tickets “As is” and without an option to change the date/time of the event, the location of the seats, or to otherwise substitute or select an alternative prize. [3]  The winner will be notified by telephone or, if not available by telephone, then in writing by certified, return receipt U.S. Mail to the address provided by the winner on the ticket. The winner will have seven (7) days from the date of his/her receipt of the written notice to accept the prize “as is”. In the event of forfeiture, AMOR may retain ownership of the “Hamilton at the Pantages” tickets, and reserves the right to determine its next course of action, including, without limitation, the right to designate an alternative winner. [4] Tickets for the “Hamilton at the Pantages” drawing will not be awarded, and will be deemed forfeited, if the winner’s ticket was issued in exchange for a check returned for “insufficient funds” or for a credit card deemed “declined,” “invalid,” “disputed,” “charged back,” or “stolen,” or otherwise determined to be issued under fraudulent conditions. [5] The IRS has adopted the position that the $50 ticket price to participate in the drawing is not deductible as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes. [6] All sales of tickets for the drawing are final and there shall be no refunds. If for any reason a valid ticket is not included in the raffle, the ticket holder is limited to a refund of the ticket price. [7] The winner of the “Hamilton at the Pantages” tickets shall have no rights to the tickets until they are fully and unconditionally accepted by the winner as evidenced by the timely execution of the AMOR “Hamilton at the Pantages” Transfer Agreement . The “Hamilton at the Pantages” tickets remain the sole property of AMOR until unconditional acceptance “as is” by the winner. [8] Acceptance of tickets awarded is permission for AMOR to use the name, picture, video image, and relevant quotes of the winner(s). [9] The winner is subject to any and all federal and state income taxes, sales tax, licensing fees and other taxes or fees payable due to acceptance of prize awarded in connection with the AMOR Hamilton at the Pantages drawing and the law, regulations, procedures, rules and directives applicable to raffles. [10] If there is more than one name on an entry, the prize will be awarded to the first name listed on the entry as the winner, so long as that person is 18 years or older and a U.S. resident. It is the sole responsibility of the winner in a multiple party entry to allocate any prize among the participants in the multiple party entry. [11] Winner must be a U.S. resident and 18 years of age or older to participate. Void where prohibited by law. This is not a solicitation. For information purposes only. [12] Purchase of this ticket constitutes agreement by the purchaser that he/she/it agrees with all terms and conditions set forth and incorporated herein.
